CALA Alliance is seeking a “Video Editor Intern”. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive organization working to nurture artistic talent in Arizona. This individual will play a vital role in transforming our existing archive of visual documentation into compelling narrative content for public platforms, fundraising campaigns, and grant applications.  The Video Editor Intern role is rooted in a core conviction: art is equity in action – and our visual storytelling should make that argument visible and accessible with a contemporary feel.

Overall, this individual will gain valuable experience in creative leadership; this is not a production assistant role. The intern is expected to pitch narrative approaches, build their own production timelines, and take ownership of every deliverable from concept to final export in collaboration with the Executive Director.

Applicants should possess strong attention-to-detail, a passion for arts and culture, a team collaborator, and have the ability to work independently.
