CALA Alliance is proud to present Sabor, an international chef collaboration celebrating the cuisine and cultures of the Arizona-Sonora Borderlands. At the event, Arizona chef Samantha Sanz from Talavera Restaurant at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale and Sonora chef Eloy Aluri, director of Festival del Chef Sonora, will create a one-night only menu inspired by regional ingredients and culinary traditions.
Since 2012, Sabor has featured top-rated chefs from around the Valley who have prepared dining experiences inspired by the rich cuisines of Latin America.
Sabor proceeds benefit CALA Alliance and its mission to create shared arts experiences that encourage cultural understanding between people of the Americas. A Phoenix nonprofit, CALA Alliance is dedicated to inspiring and educating Arizonans and the international community about the richness and depth of artistic talent in our local community, and to creating new understandings through art about Arizona’s connection to the Americas.
